Ordering Process:
In order to make a purchase online at www.jeweliany.com you must have a shipping address, credit card billing address with in the US and a paypal account
After you have added all items you wish to purchase to your bag, proceed to the checkout. Here you will be able to make a final review of your order, removing items from your cart, adjusting the quantity of items or returning to the collections shopping. Proceeding from this screen you will be asked to begin entering personal information necessary for proceeding payment and delivering your purchase. All transactions are made through paypal.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated ship date. Once your order has shipped you will receive a second email with tracking information for your package.
All our jewelry is handmade and most orders will ship within 5 business days, however, at times the volume of orders placed for some designs may exceed current materials on hand necessary to assemble these pieces within 5 days. In these situations an order may be given the status of back ordered.
If you need your jewelry in a hurry please contact jewelsbyjeweliany@hotmail.com and we will be able to let you know if an item is in stock and can ship immediatly.
 
Custom Orders:
We welcome custome orders on our designs. Please contact julie@jeweliany.comfor any requests you may have.
Backordered Items:
Sometimes certain items sell better than we expect in such cases, we will have an item on backorder, which usually means that we should be restocked in a short while. You may order any backordered items and we will add your name to the waiting list. Your card will not be charged until we are getting ready to ship your item.
Payment & Shipping:
All online orders must be paid with a credit card or through pay pal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All orders are sent ups ground unless other wise specified. If you are sending the jewelry as a gift please let us know so we can include a gift reciept.

When your orders is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Once your package has been shipped you can track your package at http://www.ups.com/

Guarantee and Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may send it back to us for an exchange of another piece of jewelry that is of equal or greater than the item purchased. You must return the item within 7 business days of recieving the jewelry. All returns must be in the original packaging and send ups ground so we can track it. Please make sure you insure the pac
