We endeavour to dispatch all orders that are in-stock within 24 hours, however, please allow up to 8 days for delivery as external factors may cause delays.

Your order will be shipped once:

i) Payment has been approved.
ii) The delivery/billing address has been verified.

 

Standard Delivery:

All standard orders are shipped ground service via FedEx and cannot be sent to a PO Box. Delivery times will range from 2-10 business days depending upon your location.

Shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated to cover Standard Delivery shipping to the 48 continental United States. We offer extremely competitive shipping prices. Orders for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be contacted concerning additional shipping fees prior to shipment. 

International orders being shipped to any other country, please contact us at 800-531-7865 to make special shipping arrangements. Customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer; please check with your local customs office for information.

It is our pleasure to have one of our experienced representatives assist you! Please note that your order will be processed only after your credit card is approved or alternate payment is made.

You will receive an email once your item has shipped including a tracking number which will allow you to track your package online. You can also contact us at (800) 531-7865 M-F 9:00a.m.-5:00p.m PT and we will be happy to assist you with the status of your order.

 

Once Jeweliany ships your order, you will receive another confirmation email indicating when you should expect to receive your package.
