Please include your name, order number, telephone number and a description of what needs to be repaired. Items that are damaged, not due to a defect in manufacturing, may be subject to a repair charge to be determined once the item is received and examined by one of our repair specialists. All repairs are subject to shipping charges. is not responsible for items returned for repair that are lost or damaged in transit. Jeweliany items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased.

If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit or if your card is declined, your order will be automatically canceled and you will be notified.




Currently, for US orders, Jeweliany only collects sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in California State. 



Back Orders

While we do try to keep our website updated regarding out of stock items, occasionally an item is out of stock.  If this happens you will be notified by either email or phone. If part of your order is on backorder, you may cancel that item at any time prior to shipment or choose to wait for the item.  There are no additional shipping charges applied to backorder items.

Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within seven days. We will exchange or substitute it.
To arrange a return, if the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please email  us to quoting your name and address, details of the product (style ref.), the reason for return. 

We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. We will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period of time. It must be returned in “like new” and sale able condition.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Jeweliany cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. 
Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 7 days of receipt).
All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and be in an unworn condition. We will not refund goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse. Goods that are returned to us without their original packaging will be refunded less a deduction of 10%.
In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.




Jeweliany offers a free repair for damaged items within 30 days from the purchase date. In order to arrange the return shipping, please contact and inform us with the style ref. and the date of purchase. Please be also aware that any shipping/duties and taxes fee is under your own responsibility. Repairs do not come with any guarantees.

How do I care for my jewelry purchased on Each piece of jewelry offered on is handmade. Exercising appropriate care will help ensure the longevity of each piece. Please try to prevent jewelry from coming into direct contact with harsh chemicals, including but not limited to chlorine, perfume, lotion, detergent, and other cleaning agents. Additionally, exposure to water, perspiration, excessive heat, light or moisture will deteriorate the quality of metal.

We do our best to ensure the accuracy of photos in our online store. Because we use natural gemstones in our jewelry, each piece may vary slightly in size, shape and color. Many gemstones have inclusions that are naturally occurring in the stone. These inclusions are not defects but rather part of the natural beauty of each piece
